When will my sitter profile be visible?

Your sitter profile can appear to owners once your profile setup, CatsOnly verification, and Stripe payment readiness are complete.

After verification

This matters because owners need to be able to pay through the booking flow after you accept. If Stripe still needs information from you, your profile or payment flow may not be fully available.

If you believe your profile should be visible but cannot find it, check your profile setup and Stripe payout status first. Then use the support page with the account email you use for CatsOnly.

Service areas

Your home postcode and radius decide your main service area. You can also add up to 3 additional service areas if you cover other postcodes.

Each service area radius can be up to 20 miles. Use a smaller radius when you only want to appear for owners very close to that postcode.

You can set a friendly sitter profile link from your sitter onboarding or profile settings. Older generated sitter links continue to work, but platform links use your friendly name once it is configured.

For example, a friendly link is easier to remember and share than a generated sitter ID link.
