If you are moving from Rover, keep a copy of useful profile text, reviews, and pricing notes so you can rebuild the important parts of your sitter profile on CatsOnly.

Reviews

CatsOnly supports Rover review import requests for sitter profiles. Submit your public Rover profile URL from the review import option in CatsOnly, or contact support if you are unsure what to send.

Review imports may need manual review before anything appears on your CatsOnly profile. Keep your Rover profile URL and any relevant review context handy so support can check the request.

Profile text

Use your previous profile as a prompt rather than copying anything that is outdated. CatsOnly owners are likely to care most about your cat experience, the areas you cover, visit style, medication confidence, and how you communicate during care.

You can upload your own profile image and gallery images in CatsOnly. Choose clear photos that help owners understand who will be caring for their cat.

Pricing

If you previously used holiday rates, additional pet rates, or medical-care add-ons, check how those should be handled before accepting a booking. CatsOnly currently lets sitters propose a new price before payment where the booking needs a different price.

Separate automatic profile settings for additional cats or medical-care add-ons are not currently available.
