What do the CatsOnly service types include?

CatsOnly has three booking service types: 1 visit per day, 2 visits per day, and overnight care. The owner and sitter should agree the practical details before the sitter accepts the booking.

When requesting a booking, owners can also customise the daily schedule. This lets them choose no visits, 1 visit, 2 visits, or overnight care for each date, instead of using one service type for every day.

1 visit per day

This usually means the sitter visits once each booked day to care for the cat at home.

A typical visit may include:

  • Fresh food and water.
  • Litter tray cleaning.
  • Play, fuss, or quiet company depending on the cat.
  • Medication or routine checks if agreed before acceptance.
  • A short update for the owner.

Agree the expected visit time, visit length, access arrangements, and any strict medication timing before the sitter accepts.

2 visits per day

This usually means two separate visits on each booked day, often one earlier in the day and one later in the day.

It can suit cats who need more frequent feeding, medication, cleaning, or reassurance. Agree the preferred time windows for both visits and whether either visit needs a specific task, such as timed medication.

Overnight care

This usually means the sitter stays in the owner's home overnight while the cat remains in familiar surroundings.

Before the sitter accepts, agree:

  • Arrival and departure windows.
  • Sleeping arrangements.
  • Feeding, medication, litter, and household routines.
  • Any home access, alarm, or emergency contact details.

If the care needs more time

If the selected service does not cover what the cat or home needs, agree the details in messages before acceptance. The sitter can propose a new price before payment if the request needs a different price.

If extra dates are needed after the original booking is paid, create an additional booking request for the new time period.
